Veronica Scharf Garcia

This collections comes from a series of 15 images, originally produced by creating fruit, vegetable, flower and herb tinctures. By dripping and staining, I blot and shape these images in an exploratory process much akin to Rorschach shapes and stains.

Veronica Scharf Garcia was born in Chile and grew up overseas in South America, Africa, the Middle East and Europe. She has exhibited her art extensively & selected to four residencies as Associate Artist, one awarded by the Andy Warhol Foundation. She was also selected as Studio Artist at Bakehouse Art Complex and Art Center/South Florida.
